800 g beef rib, cut in 5 cm
4 pcs cloves
3 cm cinnamon
2 cm ginger, bruised
1 pcs nutmeg, bruised
3 tbsp vegetable oil
300 g potato, diced cut
150 g carrot, sliced
4 pcs bilimbi, sliced
2 stalks spring onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 red tomatoes, cut in 8 pieces
Spices, crushed:
8 shallot cloves
5 garlic cloves
3 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Additional Topping:
Cayenne Sambal
1. Boil the beef rib in 1.5 lt water, use small heat. Filter boiled beef rib.
2. Reboil beef rib using new 1.5 lt water, add cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg in small heat. Set aside.
3. Stir-fry the crushed spices. Put inside the boiled beef rib.
4. Put in potatoes until fully cooked, then add remaining ingredients.
5. Served together with additional topping.
