In the beginning, PT. Indonesia Miki Industries manufactures Monosodium Glutamate products, with a production capacity of 300 MT per year. On its way, PT. Indonesia Miki Industries once produced Glucose products in 1990-1995, Rice Noodle products in 1995-2000 and ground coffee and instant coffee products in 2007.

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a seasoning used to enhance the flavor of food. MSG is simply sodium + glutamate.
